William Jarrett Hallowell Hough, III, Esq. In 1978, Mr. Hough received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with honors, from ColbyCollege in Waterville, Maine. From 1979 to 1981 he served as a United States Peace Corps volunteer in the Republic of Mali, French West Africa.
